Its origins can be traced back to 1918, following World War I, when it was established under the name of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes. Eventually, Yugoslavia underwent significant changes, leading to its dissolution along the borders of its constituent republics after 2003.

Measuring 167 x 80 mm, the 10 Million Dinara Banknote features an elegant color palette with shades of slate blue, light, and dark brown.

On the obverse side of the banknote, you'll discover a portrait of Ivo Andric, positioned on the left, with a National Bank monogram at the center, adding a touch of historical and cultural significance.

Flipping to the reverse of the banknote, you'll encounter a depiction of the National Library of Serbia, a repository of knowledge and heritage that stands as a testament to the nation's intellectual and literary contributions.
